At Pusht Organic, we strive to deliver high-quality organic food and grocery products to our customers. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return Policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

All products sold on Pusht Organic are organic food, grocery, and consumable items. Therefore, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Taste or personal preference-related concerns.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Products stored improperly after delivery.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Although returns are not accepted, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during transit.

If you receive:

  • A damaged package,
  • A defective product,
  • A leaking product,
  • An expired product, or
  • A wrong product,

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team and sharing clear photographs of:

  • The product received,
  • The outer packaging, and
  • The order invoice (if available).

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund, at our sole discretion.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product is found to be defective or expired upon delivery.
  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been made.
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
